It’s time for another Eats of the Week! A few snapshots into my food this week, including the most dee-lish ice cream, eaten during my trip to Chattanooga.
Well. This week has been a doozy.
On top of my usual school workload, I flew out of Seattle early Thursday morning headed for Chattanooga. I had a busy weekend there and flew back on Saturday evening. Our flight home was delayed and once we finally landed, two people were escorted off the plane by the police. So that was exciting. We finally got home at around 2:00 am on Sunday morning and I haven’t quite caught up on sleep.
Anyways, travel stories aside, let’s get on to the eats! Without further adieu, here are some pictures of the foods I enjoyed this week (in no particular order):
I was feeling a huge salad for lunch on Sunday, so this salad with leftover steak, broccoli, and sweet potatoes, and this dressing. Served with a chocolate custard shake.
